Storyline:
The brothers Charlie and Alan Harper is almost opposites but form a great team. These are little in common except their dislike for their mundane, maternally cold domineering mother, Evelyn. Alan, a compulsively neat chiropractor and control-freak, is thrown out of her husband manipulated Judith, who, however, are starting to pay off and make the most of work at home. Charlie is a freelance composer jingle and irresistible Cassanova lives in a luxurious beach house and rarely gets up before noon. Charlie temporarily allows Alan and his son Jake, food obsessed, lazy school kid who shuttles between his parents, to live with them after Alans separation / divorce.
